Wild & Rooted Wellness Affiliate Program Agreement & FTC Disclosure

This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") governs participation in the Wild & Rooted Wellness Affiliate & Ambassador Program ("Program"). By enrolling in the Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to the following terms and conditions.
Effective Date: June 26, 2026. This Agreement supersedes all prior versions of the Wild & Rooted Wellness Affiliate Program Agreement and remains in effect until replaced by a revised version published by Wild & Rooted Wellness.
1. Program Overview
The Wild & Rooted Wellness Affiliate & Ambassador Program allows approved affiliates to earn recurring commissions by referring new members to the Wild & Rooted Wellness Community using their unique referral link.
Participation in this Program is entirely optional and is intended for individuals who genuinely desire to recommend the community based on their own personal experience.
2. Commission Structure
Approved affiliates will earn 25% recurring commission on qualifying active memberships purchased through their unique affiliate link.
Commissions are paid only while:
The referred member remains active.
Membership payments are successfully processed.
The affiliate account remains in good standing.
Wild & Rooted Wellness reserves the right to modify commission percentages, payment schedules, or program benefits at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Ambassador Rewards
Affiliates may qualify for additional Ambassador rewards based on the number of active referrals.
Current reward tiers include:

4 Active Referrals
Earn enough recurring commission to cover your monthly membership.
One complimentary premium Wild & Rooted Wellness course.
🌿 Rooted
10 Active Referrals
Everything included in Seedling.
One complimentary peptide product.
🌼 Blooming
15 Active Referrals
Everything included in Rooted.
One complimentary 1-on-1 Health Coaching Session with Kimberly.
🌾 Flourishing
20 Active Referrals
Everything included in Blooming.
One additional complimentary 1-on-1 Health Coaching Session.
One additional premium Wild & Rooted Wellness course.
🌳 Ambassador
30+ Active Referrals
Additional Ambassador rewards, recognition, and exclusive opportunities will be announced as the program continues to grow.
Wild & Rooted Wellness reserves the right to modify or discontinue Ambassador rewards at any time.
4. FTC Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates agree to comply with all applicable Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding endorsements and affiliate marketing.
Whenever promoting Wild & Rooted Wellness, Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship.
Acceptable disclosures include, but are not limited to:
"I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link."
"This post contains affiliate links."
"I am a Wild & Rooted Wellness affiliate."
FTC disclosures must be:
Clear
Conspicuous
Easy to understand
Placed near affiliate links
Disclosures must never be hidden in hashtags, profile pages, or difficult-to-find locations.
Failure to comply with FTC disclosure requirements may result in immediate termination from the Program.
5. Acceptable Promotion
Affiliates are encouraged to:
Share their genuine experience.
Educate others about the community.
Recommend the community honestly.
Use approved Wild & Rooted Wellness marketing materials when available.
Affiliates should always represent Wild & Rooted Wellness with honesty, professionalism, and integrity.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may NOT:
Make false or misleading income claims.
Guarantee health outcomes or medical results.
Represent Wild & Rooted Wellness as diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing disease.
Misrepresent pricing, membership benefits, or community features.
Send unsolicited spam emails or direct messages.
Use deceptive advertising practices.
Purchase advertisements using Wild & Rooted Wellness trademarks without written permission.
Copy or impersonate Wild & Rooted Wellness branding.
Engage in any activity that could damage the reputation of Wild & Rooted Wellness.
Violation of these policies may result in immediate termination.
7. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Wild & Rooted Wellness is an educational wellness community.
Affiliates agree not to provide medical advice or represent any educational content as medical diagnosis or treatment.
Affiliates shall not:
Diagnose illnesses.
Prescribe treatments.
Discourage medical care.
Make unsupported or misleading health claims.
All wellness information should be presented for educational purposes only.
8. Intellectual Property
All Wild & Rooted Wellness logos, branding, graphics, course materials, downloads, educational content, videos, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of Wild & Rooted Wellness.
Affiliates receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Wild & Rooted Wellness Community.
9. Termination
Wild & Rooted Wellness reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate participation at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:
Fraudulent activity
Violation of this Agreement
Failure to comply with FTC regulations
Misrepresentation of the company
Unethical marketing practices
Conduct harmful to the Wild & Rooted Wellness brand
Any commissions earned through fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited.
10. Independent Contractor Relationship
Affiliates participate as independent contractors.
Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with commissions earned.
11. Earnings Disclaimer
Wild & Rooted Wellness makes no guarantee regarding affiliate income.
Individual earnings depend on numerous factors, including personal effort, audience size, marketing strategy, referral activity.
Past or projected earnings should never be interpreted as guarantees of future income.
12. Program Changes
Wild & Rooted Wellness reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the Affiliate & Ambassador Program at any time, including but not limited to:
Commission percentages
Ambassador reward tiers
Payment schedules
Marketing resources
Program policies
Eligibility requirements
Reasonable notice will be provided whenever practical.
13. Right to Refuse or Remove Participation
Participation in the Wild & Rooted Wellness Affiliate & Ambassador Program is a privilege, not a right.
Wild & Rooted Wellness reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving conduct that is unethical, misleading, harmful to the Wild & Rooted Wellness brand, inconsistent with the company's values, or otherwise deemed not to be in the best interest of the community.
Termination from the Affiliate & Ambassador Program does not automatically terminate an individual's community membership unless a separate violation of the Community Terms & Conditions has occurred.
14. Acceptance of Agreement
By participating in the Wild & Rooted Wellness Affiliate & Ambassador Program, you acknowledge and agree that:
You have read and understand this Agreement.
You agree to comply with all Program rules and policies.
You understand and will comply with FTC disclosure requirements.
You agree to promote Wild & Rooted Wellness honestly and ethically.
You understand that commissions, rewards, and Program benefits may change over time.
You acknowledge that violation of this Agreement may result in removal from the Affiliate Program.
